I am available for Technical Project Management work, offering a turnkey project management service to clients on multi-camera productions.
My experience managing multi camera productions for TV, Cinema & Streaming, across all genres means I am ideally suited to help you realise your production goals.
I can help source suppliers or work with existing ones, to plan and manage the technical delivery of your event coverage, working as Technical Producer / Engineering Manager / Unit Manager. Managing budgets, suppliers, crew, logistics and H&S.
Experience
- Working with production teams to assess technical project requirements
- Carrying out site visits and acting as the central point of contact for technical contractors and event stakeholders
- Planning the resilient distribution of feeds via satellite, fibre, microwave and IP
- Help procure and manage any third party facilities such as outside broadcast units, satellite uplinks, generators, scaffolding and temporary structures
- Produce detailed production and H&S documentation (Planning sheets / RAMS)
- Oversee the on-site rig of all vehicles, kit, cabling, and ensure all required feeds and deliverables are provided to the highest standard
Commercial & Bid Consultant
I am an experienced Senior Commercial Leader having managed, pitched and won large project bids in response to competitive RFP's.
I have been responsible for key customer and contract management and have consistently delivered multi-million pound revenues from new business development.
I can act as a Commercial Consultant helping your team assess and respond to complex Request for Proposals, working as part of your bid team to create a robust, commercially attractive, technically innovative and environmentally friendly proposal.
Alternatively, I can help work with your team to build out your Sales Pipeline and identify potential new customers and projects to target.
Or, if you are looking to procure any kind of broadcast facilities or production services I can help create and support you in managing your RFP process. Making sure that RFP documentation is clear and accurately captures your requirements and that eventual bids are assessed rigorously to find the best suppliers for your needs.
